Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P14/S2087/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001 and 140010, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That a detailed schedule of works and methodology for timber frame repair is to be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority once the opening up and stripping work has been undertaken. This is to include annotated elevation drawings indicating which timbers/timber sections are to be replaced. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That all works of opening up of historic fabric are to be carried out using hand tools only. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
