Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO-001, LOC-001, 1, 2, EF-001 and PF-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That all works of making good the retained historic fabric shall be undertaken using matching materials to both colour, type and texture. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON 3 and advice within the National Planning Policy Framework.
