Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, P11, P10, P1A, P12 and P2A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P12/S2127/DIS

That notwithstanding the details shown on drawing no.P11, a revision to the glazing, infill panel, window and door and eaves details shall be submitted to and approved in writing prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies Con 2 and Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All works of making good existing fabric to be done using matching materials with regards to materials, colour, texture and finish. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies Con 2 and Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the flashing for the join between the flat roof and the existing building shall be in the existing mortar joints and not cut into facing stonework. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies Con 2 and con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
