Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application R3.0014/12 to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 1, 2, 7250, 7251 accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Deputy Director (Growth & Infrastructure) in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That at the expiration of a period ending on the 31/03/2017 the building be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development (G2:SODCLP2011).

That the existing School Travel Plan shall be reviewed within 3 months of the date of the planning permission hereby approved with a view to reducing local congestion around the school site and shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Deputy Director (Growth & Infrastructure) following consultation with the Travel Choices Team. The amended plan shall be put into operation within 6 months of the date of the planning permission hereby approved. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to encourage more sustainable means of transport (T1:SOLP2011).
