Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The new windows shall be white painted timber and constructed strictly in accordance with the details shown on plans 531-11, 531-12 and 531-13 and the design and access statement. Reason: to safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That detailed information or drawings in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Schedule of works to the internal fabric b. Specification of the internal plaster Reason: to safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

An evaluation of the inside face of the timber frame and a methodology for any repairs or strengthening shall be submitted to and approved in writing before the relevant part of the work has begun. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
