Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 09073-SU10, 09073-P32, 09073-P31, 11098, 09073-P33 and 09073-L11A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Prior to the commencement of the relevant stage of work, samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of works, a details design of the retaining structure in the vicinity of the original barn should be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that there is no damage to the listed building in accordance with Policies Con 2 and Con 3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and to guidance within the National Planning Policy Framework.
