Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, N253-HE-30.0, N253-HE-31.0, N253-HE-31.0 Rev A, N253-HE-31.0, N253-HE-30.0, N253-HE-28.0 Rev A, N253-HE-28.0 and LOC-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
