Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P12/S0673/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, VC-LP-01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That details of the final finish for the walls (mortar mix and colour for lime render or lime wash) shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority following removal of the existing paint and prior to the finish being applied. Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxford shire Local Plan 2011.
