That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Dwg 001, 011, 012B, 013B, 014B, 015, 016 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P11/W2058/DIS

The cheeks face and roof of the dormer window(s) hereby permitted shall be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.

That the roof lights shall be of a conservation style. Reason: To safeguard the character of the building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All new rainwater goods shall be painted metal. Reason: To safeguard the character of the building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
