Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001, N253-HE-6-1A, N253-HE-25.0 and N253-HE-26.A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P12/S2894/DIS

That a sample of stonework and the mortar mix/ pointing finish shall be agreed on sie and confirmed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are acceptable in accordance with Policies Con 2, Con 3 and Con 7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of works, details of the proposed metalwork gates shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are correct and to accord with Policies Con 2, Con 3 and Con 7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
