Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO-001, 492-4, 492-13, 492-5, 492-7, 492-3, LOC-001, 492-15, 492-22, 492-11, 492-14 and 492-12, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The works shall be roofed in the Aldershaw tile approved under the requirements of Condition 3 of P11/W0699 and P11/W0702/LB under application for approval of matters reserved by condtion reference P11/W1902/DIS Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The new roof lights shall be flush fitting conservation style with single vertical glazing bar. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All new rainwater goods shall be traditionally profiled metal painted black. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
