Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P12/S0484

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2294-WD01, 2294-WD02, 2294-WD03, 2294-WD04, 2294-WD05, DWG-2294-WD06, DWG-2294-WD07A and DWG-2294-WD12, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. A section elevation showing the rafters affected by the insertion of the dormer window b. Sections of the walls and roof showing insulation measures, materials, and ceiling finishes c. Joinery details for the new windows, and cupboard to be installed around the truss Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5.
