Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001, BLO-001, 11/47 S03, 11/47 S02, 11/47 S01, 11/47 P02, 11/47 P01, 11/47 GA02, 11/47 GA01, 11/47 GA03A, 11/47 SK2, 11/47 SK3, 11/47 SK4, 11/47 P06 Rev A and 11/47 P03 Rev B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Lime plaster and lath and plaster finishes to be used in the work hereby approved, b. Breathable paints to be used in the works hereby approved, c. Insulation to be used in the works hereby approved d. Any vents to be installed in the development hereby approved, to include details on location. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Detailed information in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Method statement for internal finishes, including lime plasters and lath and plaster and repairs to wattle and daub panels, b. Method statement for re-instatement of wall panelling and cupboards c. Schedule of repairs to fireplaces, structural timbers and stone windows/metal casements Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
