Description
Insulate the ground floor slab. Create a ground floor bedroom and first floor bedroom, a WC and bathroom for a disabled person and install a lift giving access to the first floor. Improve access into the building. Alter and add some windows to improve light into the building. Remove the 1940's chimney.
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1102, 2201b, 3201h, 2203, 3203d, 2202b, 3202h, 2102b, 3102h, 2101c, 3103k, 2103b, 3103f, 1101d, 2104b, 3104f, 2302b, 2301b, 3302d and 3301f, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a. Design, colour and size of proposed flues.
b. Design, colour and size of any necessary external vents.
c. Internal and external joinery details of a scale of 1:20.
d. Internal staircase and railings.
e. Details of any new floor finish.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
