Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, C595-P11, C595-P12, C595-P13, C595-P14 rev.A, C595-P15 rev.A, C595-P16 rev.A, C595-P17 rev.A and C595-P18 rev.A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the materials to be used in the exterior finish of the building are to match the existing with regards type, colour, texture and finish. Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed building and of the surrounding in accordance with Policy CON2, of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5.
