Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. All new and replacement windows and doors at a scale of 1:5 and 1:20 in elevation and section and to include finish. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Bricks and roof covering. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Sample panels of facing brickwork showing the proposed colour, texture, facebond and pointing shall be provided on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant parts of the work are commenced. The sample panels shall be retained on site until the work is completed and the new work shall be carried out in accordance with approved panel. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
