The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P11/W2081/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans,BS215/15C,BS215/13 D,BS215/12E,BS215/16D,BS215/62A and Bedroom 1 plan, Bedroom 4 plan and Playroom and Ground floor plan received 28 October, 2011 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That prior to the commencement of works, samples of materials for new external brickwork shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That all new rainwater and external foul water goods shall be profiled metal, painted black. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies D1 and Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of works, joinery details for new internal doors at a scale of 1:5 and 1:20 shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies D1 and Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
