Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application R3.0089/11 to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 6996 Revision A and 10.03 Revision C accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Deputy Director (Growth & Infrastructure) in writing.
Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.
That development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date hereof.
Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.
That at the expiration of a period ending on the 31/10/2021 the building be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state.
Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development (G6:SOLP2011).
That the children's centre shall prepare a Travel Plan which is to be submitted to and approved by the Deputy Director (Growth & Infrastructure) following consultation with the Travel Choices team and must be put into operation within 6 months of the date of the planning permission hereby permitted.
Reason: In the interest of highway safety and to encourage more sustainable means of transport (T3:SOLP2011).
