Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 10093-L01, 10093-P01, 10093-SU01, 10093-SU02, 10093-SU03, 10093-SU04, 10093-P02 and 10093-P03, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Details in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a. External materials including details of any staining or paint finish to elevations
b. Internal wall finishes and method of insulation
c. New floors
d. Any repair work or necessary underpinning
e. Location and type of eny external vents required for the new WC
f. All new drainage to the WC run internally
g. Location and type of any vent necessary for the new soil and vent pipe
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a. All external and internal joinery including the new staircase
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
