Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P11/W1553/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 11/J261/PK/101, 11/J261/PK/102, 11/J261/PK/103, 11/J261/PK/104, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P11/W1553/DIS

Prior to the commencement of works a detailed specification of any external ducts, flue pipes or means of external venting shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority and any such works shall be implemented in strict accordance with the details as approved. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5.

That detailed drawings showing the joinery details for all new windows and doors should be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. The plans should be drawn at a scale of 1:20. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5.
