Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P13/S2947/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans 2611-(SK)-01, 2611-(L)-01 and the recommendations detailed in the Tim Harrington Associates report dated Sept 2011 (method statement and SK 200A in particular), except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P13/S2947/DIS

Prior to the commencement of works samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That a detailed specification for the lime mortar mix for re-pointing the wall shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
