Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, MV0008/01, MV0008/01 and OS sitemap, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That prior to the commencement of works, the existing lean to shed with the corrugated roof shall be demolished in its entirety. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the flaunchings and other debris which currently hang on the wall shall be removed and the wall repaired/repointed where necessary using putty mortar prior to the erection of the biomass boiler. The details of the mortar shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the repair and repointing. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to the commencement of works written details of the roof materials shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to the commencement of works, a sample of the cladding material to be used for the cladding of the building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
