The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the glass inserts shall be plain glass, not coloured or textured in any way and shall be retained as such thereafter. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are acceptable in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5.
