Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans,first floor plan proposed, ground floor plan proposed, second floor plan proposed,location plan and manufacturer's details except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That manufacturer's details of the chosen secondary system shall be submitted to and approved in writing prior to the installation if they are different to those included with this approved application. To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and in accordance with policy Con 3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of works relating to the replacement of the bay windows, details of the replacement latches, for example a sample, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policy Con 3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
