Reason: So as to ensure all alterations respect the historical character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That all service pipes (gas and water inlet pipes etc) to the rear elevation be painted in a colour so as to match the adjacent rendering to the rear elevation, in accordance with the agent's email dated 12 July 2011, within 2 months from the date of the consent hereby approved. Reason: So as to ensure all alterations respect the historical character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
