Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, DAS1, LOC01, 178010-5, 178010-6, 178010-1 and 178010-2-2, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the appearance of the development and in accordance with Policies D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (2008 amendment)(or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order), the enlargement, improvement or other alteration of any dwellinghouse as described in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, C, and D of the Order shall not be undertaken without the prior written permission of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the Local Planning Authority retains control over any future development as specified in the condition in the interests of amenity and the openess of the green belt and in accordance with Policies G2, GB2, GB4, D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
