Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans,09073-L10, 09073-P26, 0907-P25. 09073-P27 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors at a scale of 1:5 and 1:20 has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy Con 5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commmencement of the relevant stage of work,samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority: i. slates ii Details of vents, flues and extracts Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies D1 and Con 5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
