That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 275, 275/A/EX, 275/A/P, 275/B/EX, 275/B/P, 275/C/EX, 275/C/P, 275/D/EX, 275/D/P, LOC-001, SK0101, SK0102 and SK0103, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P11/W1166/DIS

Prior to the commencement of development samples of the replacement stone to be used shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Related application(s): P11/W1166/DIS

No development shall take place until written approval has been given by the local planning authority to a sample panel of re-pointing be used in the development. The sample panel shall be erected on the site of the development and retained until development is completed, and the panel shall thereafter be removed from the site. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Elevational drawing showing extent of dismantling of leaning chimney of the Art Block Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
