Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 101114-02, 101114-110 and 101114-111, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That a specification for the paints to be used in the works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the character and setting of the listed building and the character and appearance of the Aston Tirrold Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5.

That the cleaning of the brickwork shall be carried out in accordance with the details set out in the agent's e-mail dated 18 May 2011. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic qualities of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5.
