That this permission shall be subject to all the other conditions of outline planning permission P01/W0463/O.
Reason: To ensure comprehensive development of the site in accordance with Policy G1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, op1-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That application for the approval of reserved matters referred to in Condition 1 of P01/W0463/O shall be made to the Local Planning Authority not later than 5 April 2016, and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Section 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
