Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LFT 06-10, LFT07-10 Rev A except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That, prior to the commencement of the works, a drawing of the shop fascia sign including a sample of the colours to be used on the sign shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, the sign shall accorded with the approved details. To safeguard the character of the listed building in accordance with policies CON2 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
