Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plan: 1629/Prop B8 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The building shall be used for the storage of vehicles, cars and caravans and for no other purposes including any other purpose in Class (B8) of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order).
Reason: An alternative use within Class B8 could have the propensity to generate significantly more traffic and create more disturbance. A further application to assess the implications for traffic generation and operations will therefore be required, in the interests of traffic safety, sustainability and amenity and policies T1 and G3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
The use of the building hereby permitted shall be restricted to the hours of 08:00 - 20:00.
Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the occupants of nearby properties and the area generally in accordance with Policies G2 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That no vehicles, cars, caravans shall be stored or displayed in the open without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area, the amenity of neighbouring residents and the openness of the countryside in accordance with Policies G2, GB4 and E5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
