Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 862.01 Rev.A and 00-M_GF-300-01 Rev C, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The air conditioning units shall only be operated between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 daily and switched off at all other times when the offices are not in use.
Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties from noise disturbance in accordance with Policy EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That at such time that the air conditioning equipment is no longer required, it shall be removed as soon as reasonably practicable.
Reason: To safeguard the setting of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and with advice contained within PPS5.
