The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 226/P2/03, 226/P3/07, 226/P2/04,226/P3/08,226/P2/07,226/P3/05, 226/P3/06 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of works, details of the new window at a scale of 1:10 and 1:20 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies G2, Con 2 and Con 7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
