Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P11/W0933/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1.02, 1.04D, 1/01 rev B and 1/05 rev A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P11/W0812/DIS, P11/W1142/DIS

All rainwater goods shall be constructed of traditionally profiled metal and painted black. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON5 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Joinery details of all new external doors and windows at a scale of 1:20 b. Manufacturers details of the type and appearance of the conservation roof light Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That a detailed method statement for the removal of the concrete plinths currently running around the perimeter of the ground floor rooms shall be submitted to agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5.
