The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P11/W1517/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2356/01 Rev C, 2356/02 Rev B, 2356/03 Rev B, 2356/04 Rev B, 2356/05 Rev C, 2356/06 Rev B, 2356/07 Rev B, 2356/08 rev B, 2356/09 Rev B, 2356/10 Rev A, 2356/11 Rev E, 2356/12 Rev E, Agent's letter dated 28 March 2011 and Applicant's e-mail dated 30 March 2011, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P11/W1539/DIS

All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5. Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Joinery details of all new external doors and windows at a scale of 1:20 Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. That written confirmation of the breathable material to be used in the filling of the 50mm gap at the edge of the slab (to run around all of the walls) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the historic fabric of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
