Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 10015-P01, 10015-P02 & 10015-P03, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s).
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) the provision within the curtilage of the dwelling of any building or enclosure as described in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the Order shall not be undertaken without the prior written permission of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the Local Planning Authority retains control over any future development as specified in the condition in the interests of amenity and in accordance with Policies G2, D1 and D4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved any building or enclosure constructed under Article 3 Class E of Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order, 1995 (as amended) following the granting of this permission and prior to the commencement of works the subject of this permission, will be removed or demolished in their entirety. All materials resulting from such removal/demolition shall be removed from the site by the substantial completion or the first use of the development hereby permitted, whichever is the sooner.
Reason: Interests of amenity and to preserve the openness of the Oxford Green Belt in accordance with Policies G2, D1 and GB2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
