Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Block_Plan_Dwg_BLO-001, Elevations_Proposed_Dwg_PE_001 and First_Floor_Plan_Proposed_Dwg_PF-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That prior to the commencement of works Manufacturer's details for the cowl at the top of the stack are to be submitted to, and approved in writing by the LPA
Reason: to safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building and the setting of surrounding listed buildings in accordance with Policies CON 3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within PPS5.
That all works of breaking out the existing brickwork for the stack is to be done using hand tools, and the surrounding fabric is to be made good to match the existing with regards to material, colour, type and texture.
Reason: to safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building and the setting of surrounding listed buildings in accordance with Policies CON 3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
All new rainwater goods shall be cast iron and painted black.
