That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, drg.no. 1/05 rev A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Detailed drawings in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Joinery details of all new external doors and windows at a scale of 1:20 Reason: To safeguard the special character of the curtilage listed building and the setting of the surrounding listed buildings in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
