The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO_001, Drwgno 4b and Drwgno 4a , except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the stairs shall be painted to match the exterior of the retained balcony.
Reason: To preserve the setting of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and with advice contained within PPS5.
