Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The maximum aggregate quantity of Oxygen (A27) and Hydrogen (A15) that may be present (i) on, over or under the land to which the claim relates; (ii) on, over or under other land which is controlled by the same person and which, in all the circumstances (including in particular the purposes for which the land and the land mentioned in sub-paragraph (i) is used) forms with the land so mentioned a single establishment; (iii) on, over or under other land which is within 500 metres of the land mentioned in subparagraph (i) and controlled by the same person; or (iv) in or on a structure controlled by the same person any part of which is within 500 metres of the land mentioned in sub-paragraph (i) at any one time shall not exceed the established quantity and in calculating whether the established quantity is exceeded, a quantity of a substance which falls within more than one sub-paragraph of this paragraph shall only be counted once.

The hazardous substances shall not be kept or used other than in accordance with the application particulars provided in the Hazardous Substances Consent application form, nor outside the areas marked for storage of the substances on the site plan which formed part of the application. The following hazardous substances are included in the consent; Substance Maximum Quantity Allowed (te) A15 Hydrogen 8.5 A27 Oxygen 1100
