Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, B150-15,except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That details in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a. Details of the extent and location of re-pointing
b. Lime mortar specification
c. Details of patress plate and method statement for installation
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Samples of the replacement bricks shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
