Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2403-100, 2403-101, 2403-102, 2403-104, 2403-106, 2403-107, 2403-108 and 2403-109, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s). Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
