That a detailed joinery drawing, at a scale of no more than 1:20, to show the internal stairs hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before the relevant part of the works commence. Reason: to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That a schedule of works for repairs to the roof structure associated with the approved works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before the relevant part of the works commence. Details of all new vents and pipes shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before the relevant part of the works commence.
