That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1097-WAL01-02, 1097-WAL01-06, 1097-WAL-07, 1097-WAL01-08 and 1097-WAL01-04, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P12/S0763/DIS

Samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Replacement bricks Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That prior to the commencement of works the following details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority: a. Specifications for lime mortars and renders b. Details of the limewash finish to the render c. Window and door joinery details d. A schedule of works where additional repair/replacement is identified during the course of the works Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
