Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the building shall be occupied and used only for purposes incidental to the occupation and use of the existing property, Ploughmans, Howe Hill, Watlington, as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be used separately therefrom.
Reason: Permission is granted on the basis that the use will be ancillary to the main house, as unrelated use would be contrary to Policies C2, H6 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
