That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001a and BLO-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

This permission shall expire after a period of 3 years from the date hereof or upon completed regeneration of the hedge, whichever is the sooner and the fence hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land prior to the expiry of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in accordance with Policies G2, G4, G6, C1, C2, C6 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
