The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.

Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 12.NL.122.2, 12.NL.122.1, 12.NL.122.4 and 12.NL.122.5, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of development samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the pool buildings hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C1, CON5, D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Sample panels of facing brickwork for the new walls showing the proposed colour, texture, facebond and pointing shall be provided on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant parts of the work are commenced. The sample panels shall be retained on site until the work is completed and the new work shall be carried out in accordance with approved panel.

Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C1, CON5, D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The following details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the relevant part of the development hereby approved:

i) specification for lime mortar 
ii) joinery details for windows and doors at scales of 1:5 and 1:20
iii) details of the iron gate

Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.  

Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C1, CON5, D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Details of the method of discharge of backwash and when emptying the pool shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to development commencing and thereafter the drainage shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.  

Reason: In the interests of sustainable drainage and water resources in accordance with Policies G2, EP6, EP7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
