That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, location plan and plan CCVS 1 accompanying agent's e mail dated 28 March 2012, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the new signage shall be undertaken using natural materials and handpainting as specified on plan reference CCVS 1 accompanying agent's e mail dated 28 March 2012.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and the visual amenity of the surrounding area in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, the proposed hanging sign shall be positioned in accordance with details which shall first be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and the visual amenity of the surrounding area in accordance with Policies CON3 and CON8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
