Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001A, RJH/OC/005 P2, RJH/OC/006 P2, RJH/OC/007 P2, RJH/OC/007 P2, RJH/OC/009 P2, RJH/OC/010 P2, RJH/OC/011 P2, RJH/OC/012 P2, RJH/OC/013 P2, RJH/OC/014 P2, RJH/OC/015 P2, RJH/OC/017 P2, RJH/OC/019 P2, RJH/OC/020 P2, RJH/OC/021 P2, RJH/OC/022 P2, RJH/OC/023 P2, RJH/OC/016 P3 and RJH/OC/018 P3, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The ensuite window in the dormer window in the northwestern front elevation and the bedroom window in the northeastern side elevation of the extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass. These windows shall also be fixed shut to a height of 1.7 metres above the floor level of the room they serve. This shall occur prior to the first occupation of the accommodation and it shall be retained as such thereafter.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies G2, G6, D4 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
